Big London Tattoo Show 2022 Preview
The Big London Tattoo Show is London’s newest tattoo convention, collecting expert artists from all around the world in the ExCeL Centre this 3rd and 4th September.
2022’s Big London Tattoo Show, first of its name, will pull in 360 artists from all over the British Isles and beyond, including many of our amazing sponsored artists.
Six Bullets Tattoo in Islington will be sending six of their cohort - Sara Anastasia, Laura Lenihan, Barawski, Adrian DeLargue, Ben Dunning, and Marcin “Malin” Maliszewski - to represent the studio with a wide variety of styles.
Our good friend and master tattooist David Corden will be there too, creating impeccable colour portraits. You can also find Thomas Carli Jarlier for amazing black and grey realism, or seek out Michelle Maddison for stunning florals and Adem Senturk for large-scale black and grey work.
You can spend the rest of the weekend on the free fairground rides, enjoying the art exhibitions, witnessing vaudeville and interactive entertainment from the likes of The Fuel Girls, or just getting some goodies from the alternative market.
Tickets cost £25 a day and £45 for the weekend in advance, with doors opening to advance ticket holders at 10:30 each morning - 11:15 for those paying on the door, who won’t have to wait much longer. Under 14s go free, but all under 18s need to be with a paying adult.
If you’re planning on picking up some ink at the show, many artists will be offering walk-up sessions on the day - but it’s always a safer bet to contact your desired tattoo artist ahead of time to avoid disappointment.
This convention is sure to be a highlight of the UK tattoo convention calendar, and we’re looking forward to seeing you all there!
