The highly anticipated Milano Tattoo Convention is set to return in 2022 for another year of incredible tattoo artists and exceptional entertainment.

After being cancelled in 2021 due to the Coronavirus pandemic, the Milano Tattoo Convention is coming back with a bang!

The 26th edition of the convention will be held at Fiera Milano City near the centre of Milano from October 21st to 23rd and will feature over 400 of the best tattoo artists from all over the world.

While the main draw of the event is obviously the many talented tattooists, there will be plenty of other entertainment across the weekend, from aerial and dance performances to shows by the extreme body modification performance group, Mutant Suspension Squad.

Amidst it all you’ll find a fair few of our sponsored artists. Track down black and grey realism experts Thomas Carli Jarlier, Yarson Stahowic and Dimitris Panagopoulos, each with their own take on the style, or stop by Christian Boye Larsen to see his freehand monster tattoos.

For realistic horror pieces, Sandry Riffard and Mirel are your go-to guys, with both offering a unique spin on the theme. If you’re looking for fantasy portrait work, Sampaguita Jay is your woman, and you’ll find plenty of abstract tattoos and surrealism between Damian Gorski, Tomasz Torfinski and Rich Harris.

There will also be a whole host of competitions across the three-day extravaganza, with awards for the most outstanding tattoos created during the event. Accolades will be given out in ‘Black & Grey’ and ‘Colour’ categories across small, medium and large designs, with a ‘Best of Friday, ‘Best of Saturday’ and a ‘Best of Show’ to round things up.

With artists hailing from every corner of the globe, we can’t wait to see the amazing tattoos that will come out of this year’s convention and we hope to see you all there!
