Perma Blend Medium Brown from the Perma Blend I Love Ink Eyebrow Collection by Tina Davies is a rich medium brown shade with an orange base. Medium Brown can be used on clients with fair, pink, beige and olive skin for a soft look that is neither too dark or too light. It can be used to cover orange, red, green, purple and blue.
Perma Blend are one of the leading brands for permanent make-up and micro-pigmentation pigments. They are known for their vibrant colours that stay true even after treatment. The pigments are stable, easy to apply and tested and approved by the German CTL laboratory. Perma Blend pigments can be mixed with each other.
