Perma Blend Dark Brown from the Perma Blend I Love Ink Eyebrow Collection by Tina Davies is a dark brown shade with an orange base. Dark Brown can be used on clients with fair, beige, olive and caramel skin tones for a more defined look. It can be used to cover orange, red and green.
