Perma Blend Ash Brown from the Perma Blend I Love Ink Eyebrow Collection by Tina Davies is a medium brown shade with a yellow base. Ash Brown can be used for ash-coloured eyebrows on fair, beige and olive skin tones. It can be used to cover orange and red.
