Brighton Tattoo Convention 2023 kickstarted a year of conventions with a seaside splash!

The 14th edition was held at the Brighton Centre on the shore of the English Channel, bringing over 450 artists from around the world to create amazing tattoo work.

We ran into our friends from Six Bullets in London, who brought virtually the entire cohort to work and soak up the brilliant artistry on display. Our sponsored artist Anthony Lennox collaborated with Kyle Warwick on a sick Prodigy-themed piece; Matt Daniels fulfilled his dream of inking a Magikarp soy sauce bottle tattoo; and Phil Wilkinson spent both days torturing a single client by tattooing both of their knees as well as their hand.

Grace Neutral’s Femme Fatale took over the entire Syndicate room and filled it with tattoo artists, DJs and a cocktail bar. Our sponsored artists Hettie Baker and Alex Lloyd were among them; Alex created a few detailed fine line black and grey pieces, while Hettie brought her signature soft floral tattoos to life.

The next Brighton Tattoo Convention will be in 2024, and we’re looking forward to it already!
