Velvet

Velvet by Li Pigments is a range of permanent make-up pigments created using a glycerin-based formula. The pigment load is still highly concentrated with an even creamier base than the Aqua range.

There are a range of shades available and the pigments are easy to work into the skin. The pigments work well with a range of skin types but may not be suitable for oily skin types due to the glycerin base.
