Skinful Beauty Pigment Seal is a unique formulation that efficiently cleans and nourishes the skin during permanent make-up procedures to help enhance moisture and colour retention.
To use, pour Pigment Seal onto a clean wipe or cotton swab and place it gently over the skin, before air or pat drying with another clean wipe. Twist the cap back to close the bottle after each use. Pigment Seal can be used as often as needed to refresh and clean the skin.
Available in a 4 oz (118 ml) bottle or case of 12.
