Lollipop is a colour corrector from the Quantum PMU Pigments Platinum Label line, designed to neutralise dark lip tones before lip blush. It can also be used as an areola pigment.
The Platinum Label range of pigments from Quantum Cosmetic Inks are high-quality PMU pigments that meet EU REACH standards. Manufactured in the USA in small batches to ensure perfection and consistency, this colour corrector can be used with other Quantum PMU pigments or alone as an areola pigment.
