Evenflo Flow Solution from Perma Blend Luxe, made in collaboration with permanent make-up artist Lulu Siciliano, can be used with a wide range of pigments - including brow, lip and eyeliner colours - to adjust their thickness and viscosity.
Add just a few drops to ensure a smooth and even application, thin your formula, increase pigment absorption, and prevent your pigments from drying out.
