Eclipse is a brown pigment with reddish undertones, formulated to visibly darken skin affected by vitiligo, hyperpigmentation, or related skin conditions.
The high quality ingredients found in Perma Blend Luxe Evenflo pigments result in long-lasting results with no change in hue throughout the fading process.
Evenflo pigments from Perma Blend have been developed in collaboration with PMU artist Lulu Siciliano and contain a higher pigment load with no mixing required.
