Magic Moon Cartridges - Soft Edge Magnum, 0.30 mm, Long Taper, Box of 20

The Magic Moon Biodegradable Cartridges let you cut your studio's single-use plastic by 98% without changing the needles you trust. Built with a plant-fibre housing and back cap, these cartridges replace conventional plastic components while keeping the same needle quality as Magic Moon's standard line. They're available in Soft Edge Magnum Long Taper configuration with a 0.30 mm diameter, sold in boxes of 20.

Each cartridge includes an impermeable super-soft safety membrane to prevent ink and blood backflow, along with a needle indicator window for confirming needle position before use. They're compatible with any machine or cartridge grip that accepts Cheyenne-type cartridges.

Traditional plastic blister packaging has been swapped for paper blisters, and Magic Moon has removed all varnishes and acrylics from the packaging. The housing and back cap are home compostable, with a detachable back cap for easy separation of sharps components.

Best For:

Smooth shading, colour blending, and colour packing. The Soft Edge Magnum (curved magnum) profile with a Long Taper is well suited to gradual colour transitions, making it a strong option for realism and neo-traditional work.
