The Magic Moon Biodegradable Cartridges help tattoo artists cut single-use plastic from their workflow. These cartridges reduce plastic consumption by 98%, using the same stainless steel needle spec as conventional cartridges while housing them in a home-compostable body.

The cartridge housing breaks down in a standard garden compost bin

no industrial composting facility required. The packaging has been redesigned too: traditional plastic blisters replaced with paper, and both varnish and acrylic removed entirely.

Each cartridge includes an impermeable, flexible safety membrane that prevents ink back-flow while maintaining consistent needle travel. A built-in needle indicator window makes configuration identification quick between needle changes, and compatibility with all Cheyenne-type cartridge grips and machines means no changes to your existing setup.
