Description
Kuro Sumi inks are made in Japan and imported to the USA for distribution around America and Europe. Kuro Sumi ink makes blacker, clearer and more permanent outlines. Unlike alot of other outline inks, Kuro Sumi is less likely to "blue out" over time.

Delivery
