The Ghost HEX Round Liner Medium Taper cartridges give tattoo artists a needle built for thick, confident strokes without the scratchy, unpredictable feel that can come with sharper configurations. With a medium taper that releases ink more freely, these cartridges suit bold outlines, traditional, neo-traditional, Japanese, illustrative, and tribal styles. Each box contains 20 pre-sterilised, single-use cartridges.

An internal needle stabiliser reduces side-to-side play, keeping needle travel consistent for cleaner linework. Ghost's silicone fore-grip

positions your hand closer to the needle tip for more precise control during detailed lining work. The fore-grip is removable, so you can adjust to your preferred hold. Colour-coded caps let you identify needle configuration at a glance when switching groupings mid-session.
