The Ghost HEX Needle Cartridges give tattoo artists consistent needle performance across a full day of sessions. Built on Ghost's original platform with upgraded internals, the HEX range delivers stable, controlled hits for lining, shading, and colour packing - covering fine detail, black and grey work, and solid colour in a single cartridge system.

The HEX range spans 12 configurations - from Bugpin Liners and Tight Liners to Curved Magnums and Stipple Shaders - across needle diameters from 0.25 mm (#8 Bugpin) through to 0.40 mm. Long and medium taper options cover a range of skin types and techniques. Colour-coded caps let you identify configurations at a glance when switching needle types mid-session.
