The EGO R12 Cartridge Machine by EGO Rotary Tattoo Machines is a dedicated cartridge machine with a built-in adjustable give system, letting you dial in your preferred needle feedback without changing your setup. Designed by Bez at Triple Six Studios in Sunderland, it's built for professional tattoo artists who need precise, repeatable control.

The R12 uses EGO's Power Triangle System to generate true give. On this model, the triangles attach directly to the tip of the plunger and are colour-coded from black (hardest) to yellow (softest), replicating the feel of adjusting front and back springs on a coil machine. This makes the R12 well suited to artists moving from coil to cartridge setups as well as those looking for fine-tuned response from a rotary.

The R12 accepts all types of cartridge grips. EGO HAWKFLOW Disposable Cheyenne Hawk Grips and Cheyenne Hawk Grips attach directly, while cartridge grips with a backstem connect via the included vice connector.
