The Cheyenne Safety Magnum Needle Cartridge spans the full Magnum family: Magnum Weaved (M1), Magnum Stacked (M2), and Curved/Soft-Edge Magnum. Designed for professional tattoo artists, the Safety Cartridge housing reduces needle wobble at the tip, giving you tighter precision during shading and filling work.

The integrated Safety Membrane prevents backflow of ink and bodily fluids into the grip, eliminating cross-contamination risk between clients. Every cartridge is manufactured from 304 medical-grade stainless steel, hand-assembled in Germany, and inspected under 100% microscopic quality control before EO Gas sterilisation. The entire production chain complies with European standard EN 17169.

Colour-coded caps let you identify each needle configuration at a glance, and the quick-change cartridge system has the machine ready again in seconds. Compatible with all Cheyenne machines and most standard cartridge grips, each cartridge carries a shelf life of up to five years when stored correctly.
