Carolina Caos Avalle is an Italian artist who is putting her own stamp on the tattooing industry with her eye-catching contemporary body art.

Equally proficient on paper and canvas as she is on the skin, Carolina has been honing her skills for many years, with her self-styled ‘avant-garde realism’ work turning heads wherever she tattoos.

Carolina’s modern-looking, multi-award-winning tattoos are certainly unique, blending portraits with floral motifs, splashes of bold colour, graffiti-esque lettering and more to create a stunning smorgasbord of styles.

Hailing from Italy, Carolina can be found working at two studios in her home country, Royale Ink Collective and Silvano Fiato’s Eternal Tattoo Studio, as well as Buena Vista Tattoo Club, the home of trash polka, in Germany. You can also catch her at guest spots across Europe and at Soho Ink in New York, USA.
