The Stigma-Rotary® Neuro Tattoo Machine in Copper lets you set up your machine exactly how you want it - a rarity among rotary machines that typically lock you into a fixed configuration. With adjustable stroke length and give, you can dial in exactly the response you need for each technique.

Stroke length is adjustable from 2.6 mm to 4 mm via an internal screw - no interchangeable parts needed. The give adjustment lets you set needle return softness or firmness independently, fine-tuning how the machine responds under the skin. At just 32 grams, the lightweight body reduces fatigue during long sessions.

The Neuro uses Stigma's proprietary Screw-On connection and is designed exclusively for Stigma cartridges - it is not compatible with Cheyenne-style cartridges or grips. The machine is sold as a body only; a MotorPlug and Stigma grip are required to complete the setup. Three MotorPlug options are available: 4.5 W V2, 5 W EC Brushless and 6 W, allowing you to match motor power to your working style.
