The Stigma-Rotary® Neuro Tattoo Machine in Black gives tattoo artists independent control over both stroke length and give, letting you fine-tune your setup on the fly. At just 32 g, the body is one of the lightest rotary machine bodies available, helping reduce hand and wrist fatigue across full-day sessions.

The Neuro is sold as a body only, using Stigma-Rotary®'s detachable MotorPlug system. Three motors are available separately. The 4.5 W V2 offers RCA and clip cord connections, the 5 W EC Brushless provides an extended motor lifespan, and the 6 W PowerDrive packs 6 W into the most compact form of the three. This lets you tailor your power to the job, whether that's heavy colour packing or smooth shading transitions.

The Neuro uses the proprietary Stigma Screw-On grip connection and is compatible only with Stigma-Rotary® cartridges. The Stigma cartridge system is designed to be safer than conventional cartridge setups, helping keep your workflow hygienic between needle changes.
