Dark Toffee from the Li Pigments Aqua Global range is a rich dark brown pigment, designed for use on clients with Fitzpatrick skin types 3-6.
Dark Toffee is made from black and brown organic and inorganic pigments, and skews cool.
Aqua Global by Li Pigments is an EU REACH-compliant range of permanent make-up pigments with a water-based formulation. The highly concentrated formula has a nice creamy base and works very well with all skin types. Li Pigments Aqua colours are quicker to work into the skin and will dry faster due to their water-based properties.
