The Ghost HEX Power Liner Long Taper cartridges use a thicker needle diameter than standard round liners, giving tattoo artists bolder, punchier outlines that stay consistent. Ideal for strong line weight, sharp script, and clean illustrative detail, these cartridges are built to hold up through demanding studio sessions. Each box contains 20 pre-sterilised cartridges.

Built from medical-grade stainless steel, the needles resist corrosion and hold their point throughout long sittings. The Long Taper profile produces a thinner, more precise line than shorter taper options, making it easier to blend and maintain control when a piece calls for both heavy outlines and tight linework.

An upgraded internal needle stabiliser keeps the needle steady for reliable, controlled hits, while an integrated safety membrane blocks backflow into the machine. The pre-fitted silicone fore-grip reduces vibration and hand fatigue, and colour-coded caps on the signature green HEX shell allow quick identification of each configuration at a glance.
