Running disposable grips on a Cheyenne Hawk has always meant fixed needle depth. The EGO HAWKFLOW is the first disposable option to change that, offering fully adjustable needle depth in a single-use format. Each box contains 15 grips in blue, individually sealed in sterile blister packaging.

A few turns of the built-in screw lets you dial in your preferred depth mid-session, giving you the same control you'd expect from a reusable tube. Because Cheyenne cartridges click straight in and out, you only need one grip per session regardless of how many needle changes you make.

The outer shell is contoured to sit naturally in your hand during longer sessions, while the rigid inner tube keeps the cartridge locked in place and wobble-free.
