Braun Helizyme is an enzymatic cleaner which is used to remove blood and ink from reusable instruments before autoclaving. It is pH neutral, so it will not affect your stainless steel equipment. Helizyme uses a combination of enzymes and surfactants and is very effective against contaminants containing proteins and lipids.
