I think all the kits sold here at killerink are very good. I purchased the Professional Tattoo Kit II - Intermediate - TK002 last week. The best prices ive seen so far on the net (not including ebay etc. but its best to buy from a serious website.)
My advice for anyone starting out would be to get as much information as you can from the internet. There is plenty of websites offering really good information, detailed videos and illustrations.
A tattoo machine may look a bit daunting at first but another tip is to play around with your machine, you cant expect to just slam in a needle and go!
I like to take things apart and put them together again and play with all the screws and springs to find out what they do (just dont wreck your machine!) youll feel you get a better understanding of what youre in control of.happy tattin'
