Hi layth im having a problem with my pirate liner that i bought off the site everything was fine to start with then it seemed to be losing power i,ve tried adjusting the contact screw with no success the problem seems to be when i,m tuning the machine by its self it sounds ok then when you set it up with a needle rubber band etc the power just seems to drain from it i,m thinking its the coils do yous stock replacement coils that size as there bigger than the standard and heavy duty coils on your site also the conection wires are longer than standard to attach to the front and back posts due to the size of the frame i,m also looking for spare screws to attach the coil to the frame regards john

Hi John. The sparks are normal, due to the 10-wrap power. If you'd like to exchange for another set to see if you get less sparks then you're more than welcome to, although the sparks are not harmful at all...
