We only sell the highest quality tattoo supplies and so are sure you will never encounter any problems with our equipment, however we offer a full 3 months warranty on all tattoo power supplies and tattoo gun machine coils. Due to the nature of use of tattoo supplies, we are unable to offer a warranty on any tattoo needles, tattoo grips, tattoo tips or tattoo inks.
In the unlikely event you would like to return an item, we offer a full 7 day money back guarantee on all items which are returned to us in the exact same brand new sealed condition they arrived to you in less delivery costs. This policy excludes tatoo needles, tattoo grips, tattoo tips and tattoo inks. Any returnable items returned, which are not in the original state of condition they were dispatched in may be subject to a 10% re-packing charge or in some cases may be refused a refund altogether. It is the responsibilty of the customer to pack the items well so they arrive back to us safely. We also recommend sending items back by an insured, trackable delivery service. In cases where refunds are refused, it is down to the customer to collect the item from us or pay a delivery charge to have it re-delivered.
Any returnable items which may seem faulty that are within warranty can be sent back to us for repair/replacement. Once received back and after testing, if the returned product actually has no fault and is down to poor troubleshooting by the customer, it is down to the customer to collect the item from us or pay a delivery charge to have it re-delivered.
The delivery charge for any faulty parts/products under warranty that we send out must be paid for by the customer. This charge will vary depending on the part/product sent out and delivery service chosen by the customer.
All return delivery charges are payable by the customer.
