This includes damaged and defective items. Application of tattoo inks we supply on certain individuals may cause allergic reaction. Killer Ink Limited disclaims any responsibility for allergic reactions of certain individuals to whom this product is applied. Spot testing or consultation with a dermatologist prior to application is urged. Killer Ink Limited aim to provide you with the safest skin friendly inks possible, but can not guarantee everyones chemistry will be the same or predict the health of certain individuals or how they care for their tattoo after application.
Our policy is to supply registered (or equivalent) studios only. A copy of your registration certificate issued by your local environmental health department (or equivalent) will be required before initial orders are processed. Certificates are regarded as confidential information and will not be disclosed to any third party.
You also agree that you will use the purchased Merchandise in a safe and legal manner, consistent with all applicable laws, recognized safety rules, and good common sense. You, as the buyer, assume all responsibility and risk with the purchase of any product from Killer Ink Limited. You further agree to keep Killer Ink Limited Merchandise out of the hands of minors and untrained and/ or immature individuals. Killer Ink Limited does its best to accurately represent the Merchandise, through photo, price and copy. Occasionally we make mistakes.
